Food Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of food items unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion after reviewing your case.

Non-Food Items

  • Non-perishable items (cookware, utensils, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
